the greater Saint-Omer metropolitan area

Status: competition | Net Gross Area: 2750 m²  | Cost: €5.1m plus applicable taxes.

For the Maison du Marais in Saint-Omer, we proposed an architecture and landscape directly inspired by the local architecture and marshland, with a ground plan and volume based on the historical division into parcels of land, gabled facades and local materials. Part passive, part low energy, the building has natural ventilation.
