Client

Town of St Pol de Leon

Area: 60,000 m2 | Construction Cost : Phase 1 : €2,700,000 plus additional taxes

A protected area, the Saint Pol de Léon town centre has a very high quality built heritage. The project develops these spaces, giving back to them a civic function. The cathedral gains a forecourt; the Guébriant Squares, pedestrianised, offer terraces to local commerce; the Bishop’s Palace Gardens provide an area for relaxation in the heart of the urban layout; the town hall courtyard hosts official and festive ceremonies; the Bishop’s Palace Square provides parking and hosts the market.
