In order to highlight the quality of vinyard products from the Lunel country between Nimes and Montpellier, the Oenotourism Centre project offers a rich programme related to wine: a warm welcome, tastings, exhibition, restaurant, walks and ampelographic gardens displaying grape-vine varieties. The celebration of winemaking culture operates in this project through the recognition, far from any urban horizon, of the historic, founding values of rural culture and their expression in a low-tech architecture that uses materials such as local stone, earth from the site and wood from the neighbouring Cévennes region.
