Following a request by local property developer Silène for design-construction proposals for160 homes in the Vecquerie Ecodistrict, Atelierphilppemadec and the industrial group Néom submitted a ground plan, well adapted to the domestic purpose of the project and to the topography of the site, with an economical mode of construction using 3D steel modules.
